There was an officer concerned in a capturing that came about in Lake County on Tuesday evening.
Montana Freeway Patrol Sergeant Jay Nelson described the incident.
“Tuesday March 2nd At roughly 10:05 pm, a Montana Freeway soldier tried to cease visitors in Lake County, ”Nelson stated. “Subsequently, the suspect fled from visitors management and the MHP soldier tried to cease the car with a pursuit intervention method or in any other case referred to as a pit maneuver.”
Nelson stated the method failed and the incident bought extra violent.
“This maneuver failed,” he stated. “The suspect then tried to crash into the car of the MHP troopers and one other car, and photographs have been fired on the suspect by the MHP soldier. The suspect was barely injured and was apprehended and handled for these non-life threatening accidents. “
Nelson stated the incident was investigated by one other state regulation enforcement company.
“No regulation enforcement officer was injured on this incident,” he stated. “The suspect has been charged with prison endangerment and DUI felony, and in accordance with protocol, this investigation was turned over to the Prison Investigations Division of the Montana Division of Justice.”
The incident occurred close to the intersection of Beaverhead Drive and Eagle Lane in Lake County.
