The organizers of London International Shipping Week are delighted to announce that MLA College has signed up as a Silver Sponsor for next year’s event, LISW23.
MLA College is an established distance learning institution of higher learning specializing in degree programs for the marine and maritime industry. Awarded by the University of Plymouth, it offers undergraduate and postgraduate (online and offline) programs in sustainable maritime operations for seafarers (deck and engineer), meteorology, oceanography, l hydrography, navigation and engineering for maritime professionals.
Additionally, students can opt for a Master of Business Administration (top-up) which covers a variety of topics including maritime operations, capital markets and finance, marketing, financial technology (FinTech), entrepreneurship and innovation. The college also recently launched its Global Sustainability Programs which enable students to actively contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

LISW23 will be held during the week of September 11-15, 2023 and will welcome the maritime world with hundreds of events bringing thousands of international industry decision makers to London during the week. The LISW23 main conference will take place on Wednesday September 13 while the LISW23 gala dinner will take place on Thursday September 14.
