Today, Ebrahim Raisi, the henchman of the 1988 massacre, appointed Mohammad Mokhber, head of “the execution of the order of Khomeini (EIKO)”, the main looting conglomerates of Khamenei, as his first vice-president, and Gholam-Hossein Esmaili, his murderous apprentice in the judiciary, as chief of staff.

Mohammad Mokhber, a relative of Khamenei, has been the head of EIKO, the huge looting conglomerate and cartels, since July 2007. Prior to that, he was deputy director of commerce and transport of the Mostazafan Foundation, another gigantic conglomerate who plundered the wealth of the Iranian people. He was also chairman of the board of Sina Bank and deputy governor of Khuzestan.

Mokhber has played an active role in financing the terrorist activities of the IRGC and its proxies in the region. The criminal leaders of Iraqi al-Hashd al-Shaabi (“Popular Mobilization Forces”) and other regime’s proxy militias in the region have met Mokhber whenever they visited Iran.

Over the past 14 years, working in tandem with the judiciary, Mokber has played an important role in the seizure and confiscation of people’s property, especially those belonging to the families and relatives of the People’s Mojahedin (MEK / PMOI), political prisoners, and followers of different religions. On June 17, 2013, Sadegh Amoli Larijani, the regime’s judicial head at the time, issued an order based on Khomeini’s decision, in which he appointed EIKO as “the only body authorized to deal with the properties of the guide. Supreme “, and ordered all courts in the country to” investigate undeclared property (confiscated property) … which has not yet been identified, registered and possessed, and issue further decisions in favor of EIKO “. Since Mokber’s appointment as head of EIKO, billions of dollars in goods and assets of the Iranian people have been plundered in the service of the regime’s repressive and hawkish machine and anti-patriot nuclear and missile programs.

Mokhber was placed on the EU’s sanctions list in 2010 for his role in the regime’s anti-missile and nuclear activities and placed on the US sanctions list by the US Treasury Department on January 15, 2016, including for seizing the assets of political opponents and religious minorities.

Gholam Hossein Esmaili was the head of the regime’s Prison Organization from 2009 to 2014. The scandal of the torture of prisoners, especially in Evin, forced the regime to remove him from this post. Prior to this post, Esmaili was Attorney General and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Mashhad, under whose mandate numerous arrests, tortures and executions took place. Subsequently, he became Tehran’s prosecutor and judicial spokesperson. In April 2011, the European Union imposed sanctions on Esmaili for widespread and serious human rights violations, including participation in the detention of political protesters and covering up human rights violations in prisons.
